A Note on Sizing

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! To ensure the best fit, please feel free to contact us at service@linenwear.shop before placing your order with any questions or sizing concerns. We are more than happy to help.

Overview

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a return or exchange.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, resalable condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all original labels and tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:

· Sale or Clearance items
· Custom Orders (This includes any items with custom length, sleeve length, added/removed pockets, or any other alterations to the original design.)
· Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

You must contact us first to receive a return authorization. Please follow these steps:

Email us at service@linenwear.shop within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions for sending the item back. (Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.)

Store Credit (Refunds)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return based on its condition.

If your return is approved, we will issue you a Shop Credit (in the form of a gift card or discount code) for the value of the item.

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds to the original method of payment.

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please email us immediately at service@linenwear.shop with your order number and a photo of the defect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, we will provide instructions for the return and replacement.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you must mail it to the address provided in your return authorization email:

  • Phone: +86-13395361031 (This phone number is often required by carriers for international shipping)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please email us the tracking number after you have sent the item. We cannot accept liability for return parcels that are lost in transit, and we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
