We are ready to make a garment that fits you well and makes you happy!
We can do the following at no charge:
• Make a garment or trousers shorter
• Make the sleeves shorter
• Change the place of the waist seam.

IMPORTANT: We do not do exchanges, and customized/personalized pieces are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for items that are being returned.

By putting in your request for customization, you indicate that you have read and agree to the Shipping & Return terms.

Sizing details

Each listing contains a garment description with the measurements of the garment. We highly recommend comparing those measurements to your body measurements before placing an order. If you have any questions or doubts, we are ready to offer our help.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each order is packed into wrapping paper. If the clothes you ordered are a gift, we can write a postcard for that special person. At the checkout, put the text you would like us to write down on the postcard, and we will try to apply our best handwriting skills! For packaging, we use cardboard boxes and paper envelopes.

14 DAYS RETURN

Feel free to reach out to us before placing your order with any questions or concerns regarding sizing; we are more than happy to collaborate in finding the best solution for you.

Returns are accepted for unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, with tags attached) within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked or ‘signed for’ service, as we cannot accept liability for lost parcels.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom orders, such as those with custom length, sleeve length, added/removed pockets, or alterations to the waist or neckline, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact us before ordering with any questions or sizing concerns. We are more than happy to help with sizing to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase!

Please purchase "tracking" from your post office before returning item(s) and provide us with the tracking number. Once your item arrives back with us we will contact you to arrange a replacement item you are happy with or offer you shop credit.

Note: shipping costs of returned items, including items for exchange, are at the buyer's expense and will not be refunded. Shipping costs will also not be refunded for uncollected items.

All items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means: unwashed, unworn with all labels and tags left attached.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

All orders are shipped to your order address unless you provide a different one. We will not be able to change the shipping address once the order has been shipped.

* If delivery cannot be made to a customer due to the customer not being present at the address at the time allotted by the carrier, or if any customer refuses to accept the products on delivery, we reserve the right charge for the cost of returning products to us.
