Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@nianlai.shop before sending any items back.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within 14 hours of purchase.
If you wish to cancel or make changes to your order, please email service@nianlai.shop as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Return Process
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Please do not return any items without our confirmation, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
Once your return request has been approved, please ship the item back within 30 days of delivery.
Our customer service team will provide the return address and detailed return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Personalized or customized products
- Final Sale or Clearance items
- Gift cards
- Orders placed using unauthorized or expired promotional discounts
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund, returned items must meet the following requirements:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Be returned in their original condition.
Returns that show signs of wear, stains, damage, washing, or alteration may be refused or may qualify only for a partial refund.
Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
All approved returns should be shipped to our designated return address in Shenzhen, China.
Refunds
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.
- Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If an order is refused by the customer or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or other costs incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees imposed by your country's customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
NIANLAI is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@nianlai.shop.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and its packaging
We will review your case and provide an appropriate solution as soon as possible.
