– Returns are accepted for unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, with tags attached) within 14 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked or ‘signed for’ service, as we cannot accept liability for lost parcels.
– If your return is approved, we will issue you a Shop Credit (in the form of a gift card or discount code) for the value of the item.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.Custom orders, such as those with custom length, sleeve length, added/removed pockets, or alterations to the waist or neckline, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
